Good luck w/ whatever you decide. Honestly, I highly doubted that any "Lotus" guy (raw/lightweight/purist) would make the switch to a F-Type unless the F-Type is a secondary car and you already have a track car. Like I mentioned, you have to accept the F-Type for what it is, it's it's definitely not a raw/pure sports car. It's a blast to drive, looks sexy, sounds great. But it's not really a pure sports car ala Lotus, S2000, etc.
