You should also do the 2 panels near the windshield as well as the radiator cover. It will make a huge difference.

Of course you’d say that since you are the owner of said car, STS-V. A lot of self promotion in this thread by both sides

Personally, I think hood windows are in the same category as crotchless leather pants. Outside of very specific circumstances, being seen with one ought to get you dis-invited from polite society.

I think if you really want to annoy your friend, you should try to source and install the Project 7 grille (either from Jaguar or Paramount Performance) along with the Sto N Sho license plate bracket. Check out the Project 7 grille thread: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...talled-167124/ for some examples.
Why not source the R-S badges from the original XKRS-GT and install them? They're available on eBay and will look like you have a new model altogether (irritating your friend) and also (hopefully) alleviate the criticism regarding your SVR badging.
Also, yeah the horsepower claim is a bit high. I did a couple of dyno runs with my water meth system on and off and it resulted in 5 extra hp (which is probably the max you'll get out of the new intercooler and pump). With all your other mods and the upper pulley, you'll probably be around the 635hp mark. Installing the crank pulley and water meth system will probably take you to around 660hp. Suggest you also check out Gibbo's RAM air intake mod, which had quite a significant impact on performance. Do note, the numbers I'm indicating here are based on my experience with 98 RON (93 AKI) fuel. Are you actually running 100 octane fuel for the tune?

Only thing that is missing, is carbon fibre engine cover hood, that I found and costs around 1200USD.

Ideally, I would do the same way, RED wrap as the car and carbon bits.
Only carbon engine hood I found is : Jaguar F-Type Carbon Fibre Engine Cover - T2R8019
Im about to order if my tuning shop doesnt come up with some ideas.
#51
Or did you wrap or paint orange and wrap that parts with carbon foil.
How did you do it share please.
#53
Is that fact or opinion? I think it looks better without the carbon.

The oem Carbon Fiber engine cover only fits RWD models not AWD. The car with the custom orange engine cover is for sure a hydro-dip. Though I may not agree with everything you’ve done to your “svr,” I do dig your hood (I have the same one). At the end of the day, it’s your car and u do what u want with it. Don’t let other people’s opinions get under your skin.
