Default CPO vs. Original Warranty

I purchase my 2014 F-Type as a Certified Pre-owned from my Jaguar dealer. The original warranty recently expired and the car is now under the CPO 2-year extended warranty. My dealer gave me a hard time about replacing sticky interior components on my recent service claiming its not covered under CPO warranty. However they have not provided me with a CPO warranty policy.

Does anyone know the exact coverages or the CPO warranty and the differences from the original warranty? Thanks

Trying to get a copy of your specific CPO Warranty coverage is like pulling teeth. You'd probably have to pester them about it in person.

You should have received a small booklet called "Passport to Service." It has names, dates, places to record maintenance , and a description of the warranty.

Even though the sticky buttons are a known issue they are likely to be considered a wear item and not covered under CPO. I think it says interior trim is excluded in the CPO pamphlet.
