Diecast F Type

Diecast F Type
I wonder why there are not 1/18 models of the F Type. The 1/43 is the biggest,if that can be said. You can find dozens of XK's. Autoart, one of the best, has dozens of Jag's but no F Type. Anyone have an idea? I got obsessed with getting models of all my favorite owned cars. Got 11 , most in the right color. I bought the 1/43 in Lunar grey that looks more like my stratus, but it is really small. Maybe 3 more I can't find at all, '66 GTO,'84 300ZX Turbo,'03 silver TT. But I would really like the Jag. Had to wait 6 months for Maser to come out, but you would think Jag would be more in demand.

There are a number of 1:43 scale F-types on p. 23 of the PDF, though sounds like you want something bigger. There's a gorgeous 1:8 scale D-type on p. 5.

I love the 1:8 model but it is priced at $9000! Would really like a 1:18 F-Type Coupe.
BTW Here is the same catalog but with US Dollar pricing.

Funny I am emailing him too. The Park Place catalogue I posted is the US catalog and it contains ordering information for US dealers at the end. But I imagine the hampton guy will know this.

Add me to the chorus. I've always had a die-cast of my latest toy(s) in my office.
They often generate casual conversation with partners & clients (who fit the owner demographics). Jaguar marketing guys should be pushing to get a proper F-Type out in 1/18 scale. A nice die-cast is good for more than just a toy. For now, I still have my E-Type on the credenza, but I don't think it's generating any revenue for Jaguar at this point.

Can I suggest to those of us who want a 1:18 diecast that you send an email to these guys --> master@paudimodel.com. Paudi happens to make (in my opinion) amazingly detailed diecasts. I own one for my former car (G37 IPL coupe).
I already emailed them a few months ago asking them to make the F-Type in 1:18. They responded saying they would consider it -- but to date I don't see any Jags on their site. The more people that email them, the more likely they are to at least seriously consider it.
BTW --> I ordered the OEM diecast on ebay. It sucks.
