I have seen threads for the 14-15s and it involved simply pulling a plug. I do not have such a plug on my 16 so I am open to ideas myself
i had this feature on my Denali and bought an auto stop eliminator. Installed the harness after removing a significant part of the dash/console. Well worth it to me though. Sadly I do not see that available for our cars.

Sorry, other way around.
On the 14-15 with the dual battery set up you disconnect the earth/ground lead from the negative terminal of the secondary/small battery from where it bolts to the floor of the trunk/boot, on the 16 and up (single battery only) you pull a plug in the trunk/boot, there is a thread showing exactly which plug and where somewhere around here.

Well damn Oz I got that twisted. Thanks. Must have been too much Bud Light that day. I just swore I did not see that harness then but I will certainly check again.

if you decide to tune the car through VAP, they can disable this as part of the tune as well. No dash lights.

Doesn't help the OP with the coupe, but I understand the SmartTop accessory controls can let you disable the S/S as well.

The first entry in the post above worked perfectly for my 2017 S Coupe. No lights, no alterations, easy to reverse.

Press the release and pull the plug is all. I did it after overlooking it prior. I have not tested it yet but I’m sure it works based on all the input I saw.

As I recall I had to look very closely at the plug to find the release, and I seem to recall using some needle nose pliers. Once you get the release right the plug comes of easily.

1. Remove battery liner in rear boot.
2. Remove boot (trunk) liner
3. Locate control module bottom right hand side - as you look in the boot
4. Remove the below plug and secure back with a Ty-wrap

In a 2021 or newer F-Type Coupe, to disable the auto start/stop feature do you still remove the same plug in the same location as in the earlier models? Just want to make sure there were no changes to this procedure with the 2021 makeover.

Disconnected the plug which eliminated the auto start/stop feature as it did in my previous F-Types. However, the yellow light remains constant unless I push the button which would be no different than if I kept the feature connected as far as physical exertion. So I covered the light with a slender piece of electrical tape and all is fine. Dwight Frye had the same issue so maybe the 2021 and newer vehicles are stuck with a continuous indicator light.
