Do I have a Lemon?

On the topic of lemons... For future readers of this thread...
In California, a lemon is a car that's been in repair at the dealer for 30+ days, or had the same reoccurring issue 4 times. The issues in question need to affect the safety or functionality of the car, but it's hard to say what issues fall in this category.
You need to check for your state laws, but IIRC a few other states have similar laws.
Finally, some states have lemon law lawyers, and the legit ones don't charge the car owner. They get their money from the manufacturer.
bonus data: you can request the manufacturer to replace your car instead of giving you money back. If you don't get a lawyer involved, they may be more willing to give you a replacement, even on a leased car.
source: lemon lawed my first f type, and talked to a helpful lawyer who advised me to go it alone and request a replacement

Ok, so the thread has been totally high-jacked from the lemon question but...I had to share.
My wife's car wasn't ready for pick up at the MB delivery center in Sindelfingen, Germany so - they gave her a new SL65 AMG to drive around Europe and delivered her little E400 cabriolet 3 days later in route of our driving tour.
So I can say I drove a 2016 SL65 on the autobahn at 150mph.
She had the option to keep the SL65 for two weeks and they would immediately ship her car to the states but she wanted to take photos with "her" car in Europe.
We downgraded from 12 cylinders to 6 but picked up a back seat and storage space.
