I'm thinking of trying these guys out. They also make their nicer gloves bespoke to your measurements and also have a lot of leather and color combinations including two-tone combinations.

Are you . . .? Oh never mind.

I have a pair of Chester Jefferies "the Chauffer" in olive green and black. Superbly made really comfortable, can still use the touch screen while wearing them.

Having been privy to the original thread - that's funny!

That said, I'm with Stealthpilots idea of the bespoke gloves. This car is not my daily driver but to have fun with and keep me out of trouble with idle time.

These look awesome!
I'm interested in trying out a pair of driving gloves. The Ferrari pair is close to what I'm looking for; lightweight and mostly leather. Anyone know a physical store where I can check out some gloves?

Thanks!
The main issue for me is that I don't trust online purchases to provideme what I want. I need to see it in person before I can buy it. I suppose I'll have better luck with that if I go for golfing gloves.

Maybe try a pair of summer motorcycling gloves.

Or possibly some sailing gloves.

I have had several over the years. I sweat a lot and find good leather gloves to be comfortable.
Porsche Design make a nice pair. I owned that pair for a year before they wore through. Very comfortable.
Bionic make a spectacularly comfortable and flexible glove. Had these for 3 years and still use them.

They are also very affordable.
My father in law bought me a sheep skin leather glove last year, I like them, but they are not as comfy as the Bionic. Great in the winter though.

Those Ferrari gloves that some one posted look awesome, I may just order a pair!

I reckon Chester Jefferies could make an identical pair to those Ferrari gloves in a bespoke size for about the same price. You would have to order the chauffeur with red cape leather palm, tell them to not do the knuckle holes, and to have a crochet back instead of cape leather back.

They're slow though. I ordered mine the week of Thanksgiving and am still waiting for them.

I wonder if it would be difficult getting them to understand all the changes? I tried to order the women's Ferrari gloves but the only size currently available for women is Large and I need Small.

And now for the question of a lifetime: what are the gloves for? The only gloves I've worn for driving above the freezing mark were made of Nomex to keep the flames from lapping at my manicure (more accurately the lack thereof).

I would suggest you call them up and discuss it and email them a photo of the Ferrari gloves and ask them for a quote. I wanted something unusual so I discussed it over the phone with them.

They do custom work so they should be able to give you a quote and also give you a clear understanding of how close their product is.

My wife gifted me a pair of these in English Tan color when I bought my F-type:

Mens Driving Gloves - Gaspar Gloves

Apparently they were the supplier to Gosling for the Drive movie (which I loved). I just did a 4hour drive last Sunday wearing them and they are super useful and comfy for long drives.
