Electrical module fried?

Any ideas before I sell/burn to the ground? Dealer says they can't properly diagnose without the car, well I can't tow if it won't come on. Key fob battery and car battery all brand new. Events leading up to, Came home from deployment to bad battery, replaced (all 3) and added trickle charge quick connect to underhood access port. Car drove fine for 1.5 weeks. Yesterday I did a battery disconnect (used obd scanner) after that car decides to act this way. I've done multiple disconnect/reconnects before with no issues, but this time I'm assuming I fried a module somewhere.

Apparently there are some reports that cheap Bluetooth OBD-II adapters can "immobilize" the car (different issue from the "car won't go to sleep after plugging something into the OBD-II port" problem). There's a few posts that mention the issue in the following thread: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...r-cars-213150/
Also, why can't you have the car towed? If it's because you can't shift the transmission into neutral, there's a manual override under the armrest on the side of the storage area. You need to pop off a cover, turn a locking tab counter-clockwise with a coin or screwdriver, and then pull up on the orange strap. That will place the transmission into neutral. The directions should be in your owner's manual or you can google it.
