Emergency Key

Dropped my key and noted the metal flange fell off to reveal the emergency key. Didn't know it was in there and when I thought about it - if your battery died there would be no way to open the car without this to then release the hood latch to jump the car. Yes i could read the manual but that would be locked inside too!!
I recall a few years ago porsche had an issue with an electric hood latch that required you jump the fuse box first to open the hood to get to the battery to jump it
