Default Exhaust soot leak unlike the others I’ve seen

So behind the rear tire I have a pretty good leak. I got the car up and put my impact on it since I’ve read those bolts can take what you give them. It did not tighten up at all. Any ideas? It looks to be belled out further than I think it should.

You NEED a release for condensation there. It is the lowest point in the exhaust.

Your picture is of 'fresh' condensation but it would look more typical if you drove the car for 45 minutes or more....just sayin'. It's a tough job but SOMEBODY needs to do it!
