most manufacturers have a port processing facility where they add any port installed options, do a final inspection and repair any damage to the vehicle during transit, etc before it is delivered to the dealer. This can take up to a week.

Hey Dremorg,
Customs processing is done electronically now. Mine was never actually in NJ. Here's the sequence of events you can expect. When it says "Delivered From" its officially been loaded onto the truck heading to your dealer. Mine took 2 days to reach Tx.

Mine cleared customs while the cargo ship was still offshore. NJ was never a port destination of the vessel. I *think* Jaguars vehicle processing center in Brunswick handles all the incoming Jags, but I'm not 100% sure. This post has the link for tracking the actual location of your cargo ship
