Default F type R compared to SVR

Hey guys I have an 15 f type r. I know with the newer ones we have awd and some other tweaks. What makes the svr hit 201 mph and more hp? Is there any new mods we can upgrade from the svr to our 2015 f type r ?
Thanks For Info

It's only the speed limiter. A good tuner should be able to raise the limiter to 320 kliks as was done on mine. Mine is now limited to 190mph by the rev limiter (different gearing on the MT) and maybe less by the 427 hp.

I would also guess (hope) that the revised nose, splitter and rear wing weren't put there for good looks. Once you get above 160 mph, aerodynamic drag begins to trump HP, and without the right aero package, it's pretty tough to get past 180.

AFAIK, all V8 F types except the SVR are electronically limited to 300km/h (186 mph) so the real difference between the ultimate speed capacity of an unlimited but otherwise stock "495hp" V8S, "550hp" V8R and the "575hp" SVR is unknown.

Typically anyone bypassing those electronic limits has also boosted their engine "tune" at the same time making stock to stock unlimited comparisons difficult.

Seems like I recall a thread on here where folks exceeded the limiter without any tuning. Something simple like Dynamic+Sport. I haven't gotten within 50MPH of my limiter.

Here is an F-type R doing 312 km/h on the display:

I don't think it is modded in any way.

As far as hp goes; the only difference between the "495" and the "510" in the XKR is ....nothing. The difference between the 495/510 and the 550hp R is software and the difference between the 550hp and the 575hp used in the SVR and P7 is software and exhaust (AFAIK)

Cheers,
Dave

Sooo much of this is Marketing. Know why speed limiter is 186 mph? Because that equals the nice round number of 300, as in 300 kph. And now, to spice up virtually the exact same car and con you, er, charge you another 15%, they pick another slightly higher round number...200 mph.
