Default F-type rattles and squeaks survey

Recently I drove a rental F-type 2016 coupe with 100k miles. So really hard life I guess. There were so many rattles, that you could not even list them, on uneven roads it was literally embarrassing.
Also so many rattles and squeaks threads here. I am planning to have the car for a long time so I want to ask, if this is a selection-bias or really a norm. If the rattles can be fixed at least I would be less worried.

Can you list your mileage a rattle/squak status? Did you fixed any or was unable to fix any?

EDIT: Pool added

13,493 miles (I know - I should get out more!) - no rattles or squeaks that I've noticed.

No problem at 22K
I think OP should look at a glass half full - a 100K F-Type rental!!!

You're missing my situation on the poll.
"I have some rattles/squeaks that I am unable to solve don't care about."

3,400 miles. One rattle but temperature dependent. Only does it every so often. Have not bothered to try and fix it.

Where did you find a car rental with an F-Type available? Usually it's crappy Dodges, Toyotas, Chevies and are usually SUVs.

You use brakes? What a waste of fuel.

Turo or something similar I presume since it was such a high mileage car. Poor car, tbh I cringe a bit at the thought of a rental F-Type. Otherwise I've only seen rental F-Types from a high end rental company in London and remember that SIXT in Germany used to have a fleet of rental F-Types back when the car was released and eventually had to pull the whole fleet because too many of them ended up going up in flames.

Generally speaking an F-Type that's properly taken care of doesn't rattle. If you thrash it on crappy roads it can develop some rattles over time.

A known cause of a kind of rattling noise are the rubber strips along the trunk opening sides, which is easily fixed. Mine also has a very faint rattle somewhere behind the driver seat at higher speeds but that can only be heard from the passenger seat and I rarely have a passenger so haven't bothered tracking it down.

I'm at around 55K miles. The only issue I've had that falls in this category is a buzzing from the panel right behind the driver's door. I'd hear it at a specific engine RPM (fairly high) or occasionally with the right combination of music and volume on the sound system. I tracked it down with a tone generator app, and pushing in on the panel to reseat the clips was all it took to remedy.

25k and no rattles. Had a couple of minor ones easily fixed
Front brakes squeak at low speeds when stopping. Carbon ceramic matrix. Unfortunately seems to be common on this setup in BMW and F Type. I was told you need to 'drive it harder' to fix that.. it's only minor.

13K miles and one tiny rattle in the top of the driver's door. It's been there since I bought the car at 7K miles three years ago and will be there when I sell it next year. I would rather it not be there but it is what it is [and certainly not worth taking the door apart to fix].

Anybody interested in a super-clean '18 v6 base lowered and VAP tuned, let me know. It's a beautiful car!
