what can i expect cost wise for a 36,000 service at jag in sac

You don't indicate what model/ year you have, but isn't the service covered under the 50,000 miles?

I would imagine he is out of warranty but only going by his signature.

Have you asked the dealer? That mileage at the age of the car doesn't line up with the maintenance schedule. Without knowing what maintenance has been done it's impossible to say what is recommended.

By going with once a year service, my maintenance schedule in no way lined up with my mileage.

Neither is mine, but 36,000 doesn't line up with any schedule for a 2016, while 32,000 would. Without knowing what's been done it's impossible to answer the question. For example, is it still the original supercharger belt? That'd be overdue based on time.
