You beat me to it -that's a great color combo. I'm not always a fan of black wheels, but they look great with that blue.

Default Carbon Fiber hood vents

Has anyone needed to replace their hood vents?

Are you wondering if they are getting damaged by heat?

STOP! Just stop!!! Kindly refrain from posting anything from the Great State of Maine—and definitely Portland. Are you trying to ruin any of the surprises—or should I say “mysteries”?— I have in store for...well...you know. If you continue to insist on doing so I might have to reach out to SUPER MOD GGG—my very dear friend—and, shudder the thought, have you banned.

Please don’t make me do that.

Respectfully,

Hard to find US 2018 F-Type SVR is up for sale. One of less than 45 2018s remaining.

Question

Hi Guys, I am in the process of buying a 2019 SVR with 0 km (excess stock from Germany).
Quick question: was it possible to option out the fixed spoiler on this car? The one I am looking at has all the SVR stuff but not the fixed rear wing (only the standard one which is flush with the body at low speed).
Pics of the car / engine: https://postimg.cc/gallery/Rm7b8DT
Thank you!

Since the one you're looking at has it optioned out, I'd say the answer is yes. Not everyone wants the big rear spoiler.

Yes. While they are not very common the deployable spoiler option was available for SVRs. The SVR you are looking at was a Jaguar press car used for media events/shows during 2018/2019. Can be seen in this video.

WOW! Yes, that's exactly her! Same trim, same seats and interiors, same carbon fiber roof but plastic parts that were otherwise carbon fiber in many other SVRs.
The only little issue I found is that the GPS Navigation does not work here (UAE) because it was built for the German market. I will try to fiddle with that and may ask for your help in the appropriate sub-forum. I always use Google Maps anyway.

Thanks!

@Ftyperegistry As promised, pictures of the new SVR
So far the only black US car that I've seen with a red interior

I've got to say, I love my R but I wish Jag had done the interior diamond quilt stitching on more than just the SVR

Thanks for the pics and Congrats! There are not that many Black SVRs with red interior. Yours might be the only one or one of only a few for the US.

Thank you! My local JLR dealer said in all their years they've never come across a Black SVR with red interior... pretty crazy considering how large the % of SVR's are painted in Black!

Next step is to powdercoat those wheels...
