Hi Ftyperegistry

I know its been quite a while since you posted the below and started this thread, I was wondering if you could tell me up-to-date knowledge

1. on how many F Type SVR Firesand Orange car's were made worldwide?
2. of which how many are convertibles SVR Firesand Orange are there?
3. If possible how many Firesand SVR Convertible are there in the UK?

I'm the owner of vin ending K40358 if you have any details/history of the origins of this car, I'm the 3rd owner. Was really curious to know how many similar cars are out there!

Thanks in advance!

Firesand Orange - Only available for 2017 model year.
64 Worldwide, 18 for the US. Actually 17 only because the Pre-production car that was used by Jaguar for advertising, auto shows was never sold.

Hello and welcome to the thread. Answers below.

1. on how many F Type SVR Firesand Orange car's were made worldwide?

I found 2 more Firesand Pre-production SVR coupes so total is 66.
2. of which how many are convertibles SVR Firesand Orange are there?

Please refer to this chart posted here for breakdown by color -> https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...3/#post2603504

3. If possible how many Firesand SVR Convertible are there in the UK?
Same answer as above.

I'm the owner of vin ending K40358 if you have any details/history of the origins of this car, I'm the 3rd owner. Was really curious to know how many similar cars are out there!
Like most of the first 200 SVRs, yours was also a press car/media car. Lots of pictures and review article at link below.

LOL . 2 words pandemic boredom. I have probably watched every YouTube video about the SVRs that exists. Most of them show the VIN or license plate.

Hi, I have a 2017 Rhodium Silver SSVR Coupe. It is 1 of 20 in the US as per the chart. It has Carbon Ceramic brakes and I wondered if there was a way to tall how many of the Rhoduium Silver 2017 SVR coupes had CC brakes? Thanks.

For the US? 12. And if your VIN is below 39500 it was one of the press car used for events in Europe and the US during 2016-2017z https://www.motorauthority.com/news/...t-drive-review

Default Only US Firesand SVR with wing delete

I am at the point that I am able to make a pretty close estimate that there were between 1800-1900 SVRs produced worldwide. With about 630-650 allocated to the US.
Of those 600+ SVRs in the US 467 of those are 2017. That means that between about 200 or less are model years 2018-2020.
Jaguar produced so many SVRs in 2017 that had to scale back production aggressively. It has been surprising to find that about half of all the SVRs produced are 2017.

In terms of rarity, besides the SVO Premium colors for 2019-2020 and the Bespoke options for 2017-2018 (Like Feral SVR's BRG) which are are very few; the rarest color is
Firesand Orange - Only available for 2017 model year.
64 Worldwide, 18 for the US. Actually 17 only because the Pre-production car that was used by Jaguar for advertising, auto shows was never sold.

The most common color for all years is Ultimate Black/Santorini Black making up between 20-24% of all SVRs on any given year.
I believe I have the only Firesand SVR with no wing.

With the R and SVR side by side it seems the SVR is lower but that may just be the difference in the hood shapes? Has anyone lowered their svr?
I wish I would have taken more pics of these cars side by side.

You’re welcome. I think these SVRs will hold their value well for years to come.

I didn't ever like the Pirelli's. These have a nice feel to them out of the gate. Very nice ride. Good in the rain. Only a few hundred miles on them so far. Time will tell how they hold up. Happy to have been in the right place at the right time to get them. Hope all is well with you and your wife. I understand you may be back in Maine this summer. Happy sailing!

Default Jaguar f type 400 sport awd

I have owned my 400 sport for 2 years now and i know there was 100 of them sold in Canada, 1 being mine.
Looking at the vin plate i noticed mine was produced in February 2017, would this make it one of the first 400's to be produced of the production line ? Or delivered to Canada.
I have asked my Jaguar dealer to no avail.
Wondered if someone might have that information or know where i could find it.
Many thanks.

Yes. Production for the 2018 MY begin in late Jan 2017 so yours was one of the first 2018s. What is your serial number? I can tell you if it was the first or where it ranks since I also have all the Canada F-Type 400 sport VINs
