Nice! not very many with the CCB package. Looks like you have the carbon fiber package, too.

@Ftyperegistry New member here. Thanks for the informative SVR data gathering. Did you ever publish the data and if so, where? Love to find out more about my 2018 SVR Convertible/US. VIN: SAJDZ5FE4JCK48969. Thanks again for your work.

I hope this isn't an inappropriate post, (I'm a newbie here) but I have placed a Want To Buy ad here in marketplace. If anyone with one of these beautiful SVRs are looking to sell I am looking to buy.
Cheers (and nice work on this thread)

Unsure which state you're in. This one is in near me. Was looking for a convertible and had to go far for mine.

They are all over EBay and Amazon with whatever symbol you want.
Been out for years.
Puddle light replacement in the mirrors or like shown above you place the light on the bottom of the door so when the door is open it lights up the ground. This requires a hole to be drilled.

If you use the puddle lights in the mirrors then you can get the symbol on the ground before you open the door. So hitting the unlock button on the FOB will light up the ground.
Much more common to drill a hole and install.

Good afternoon, I am trying to find out some information about a 2017 SVR that I recently purchased in the US. I know they are tight lipped with the numbers, but how many SVR coupes were sold to the US in 2017 that were Santorini Black w/ Black interior? I know you do not track interior colors and that is fine.

Thank you in advance.

The numbers are in this thread. 119 Black SVR coupes were produced for the US in 2017. I don't think anyone has gotten granular enough to break out how many of which interior colors. I've never cared, myself and I chuckle when I see a car labeled as "1 of 1" when someone starts adding up all the options.

I find this work that you have done fascinating, absolute kudos to you! I've been in the shadows reading this particular thread for some time - hoping that some day I'd be asking for details on the SVR I finally getting around to purchasing! I signed all the paperwork yesterday for a 2017 Caldera Red SVR with the CCB option. I'm assuming it may have made an appearance in the event you mentioned here! It's real tidy and I'm super excited to pick it up tomorrow! Could you see if you can find any info on the VIN (SAJWJ6J88HMK39039) please? I'll post pics when I get it home!

Cheers, Gary

Default Would love to see pics

I am considering buying a Caldera red too, and would love to see some pics. I believe I was talking to the dealership on the one you bought with CCB. Did you ever find out about the accident it has on it ? Lmk if you need details. The dealer wouldn't provide me so I had to do my own research.

That's my former white SVR with the gloss black hood vents that you were parked beside in Maine.

It's funny, I was never considering red as an option, I had black and blue up there as my first choices but damn, the Caldera red isn't what I'd call a bright red. Don't get me wrong, it's red as red can be but it's on the deeper side, almost blood red. You really have to see it in person to know if you'd like it or not. I absolutely love it after seeing it.

When shopping, there's only so much we can do for the research. I saw the report on the Koons that there was an accident but the Carfax came back clean. If you have any info, I'd love to hear about it (or would I)? I have a parking lift so I've gone over the car with a fine tooth comb, looked all over it and can't see anything that indicates an accident. Though of course that doesn't mean there wasn't one.

When you're buying an SVR I've noticed they're either really well looked after or they've been abused. There doesn't seem much middle ground. I've been looking for about 4 months and most were out of state and there weren't many coupes - between 8 and 10 usually. One came up literally 8 miles from me but it was rough and had been wrapped. Then this red one came up locally so I went to look. I've researched the car enough to know what to look for and it was hyper clean, almost looks new. Turns out the car belonged to someone else on this forum who traded for an F-Pace SVR. He clearly looked after it and I asked him if I should run the other way, LOL! He had planned on keeping the car but said one of the cars he had just had to go to make room the the F-Pace. And those CCB brakes, it was a super find!

Super nice example! An interesting point I've only recently noticed; the black carbon fiber fender badges either have Jaguar is silver (like mine) or black like yours. I prefer how the black looks to be honest. And the colored hood vents/mirror caps look really good, hard for me to give a preference there as both look great.
