Default F type Weird engine noise

Hi I am new to this forum, and I bought certified pre-owned F type v6 s (only 12000miles) two months ago.
The issue started 2 weeks ago that the low coolant level warning light came up, so I sent the car to the dealership with Jaguar Roadside Assistance.
The dealership said they have to change the water pump for the coolant and also, the inner tie rod has to be replaced because of the damage when they towed the car.
There for, I have waited for 2 weeks (did not get loaner car), and today I got the car back. When I drive back to home, I start to hear weird whistling sound from the engine (only below about 4000 RPM).

Do you guys know what causes this noise?

That sounds like a belt.

Marko, I think the sound is too "clean". A belt would sound more like a bunch of locusts. Also if it's the belt, the sound will eventually fade after the belt warms up (~10-15miles). That sounds more like a bad bearing. Could be the new water pump is the culprit.
