Default Facelift grill surround housing

Hi,
i was thinking of buying the grille surround from china to be able to mount the e-pace grille (which i already bought).
The seller says it fits 3.0L and 5.0L models from 2014 thru 2016. I have a my2018 2.0L and was wondering if anyone knows if the grille surround housing is the same as the previous models.

This is my front:

this is surround that i would to buy:

Does anyone know if the post facelift grill housing is the same?

very good friend, thanks a lot for your answer.
I thought the frame housing was the same but I wasn't sure because I didn't disassemble the bumper off the 3.0L and 2.0L.

i’ll order it and i’ll post result in1-2 month

I'm planning something similar, but with an F surround and a custom grill. The sticking point is how to maintain access to the tow point, which I had to use when my gen 1 clutch blew. Any ideas?

the surround I want to buy is in fact for the f-type. While the grille that I have already bought is that of the e-pace. as far as the tow hook is concerned, I know that you cannot use it neither with the original project 7 grille, nor with the e-pace grille.

would you need to either change the rear bar or unsolder and re-welder the tow bar anchor point.

Is it just me, or when you say facelift, do most people think 2020 and newer?

probably yes, but I was referring to the "first facelift" which if I understand correctly was done in 2017. Mine is the one in the photo in the first post and it’s my 2018. Correct me if I'm wrong.

That depends on the market. In most of Europe, I believe it was for 2017 (different headlights, darker taillights and minor changes to the front bumper, including a more subdued look for the non Rs). In the US, the first, minor facelift was the 2018 model year.

The texture of the E-Pace grille is even tighter. so I don't think it is possible to mount the tow hook even with this grille. I hope it doesn't work for me too...

Has anyone who put in the e-pace grille managed to fix the parking sensors?
