U0447-00 Invalid Data Received From Gateway A
ATCM (All Terrain Control Module)

U0121-00 Lost Communication With ABS Control Module
U0294-00 Lost Communication With The Powertrain Control Monitor Module
GWM (Gateway Module)
B13C5-92 Secondary Battery
any help?

The secondary battery only relates to the start/stop mechanism. It is correct that new (main) batteries are almost NEVER fully charged. The codes showing all relate to battery voltage in an indirect way. So first, charge the main battery fully. And then, as DJS has stated you will likely find that the problems disappear.
A battery maintainer a very good idea for cars like ours which require full voltage all the time.

The suggestions here to buy a maintainer are ones you should strongly consider. Yes, you may have purchased a new battery, but as others wrote, the battery may have sat on a shelf in the parts dept. before being installed. My personal recommendation, is for the CTek unit that is a very popular choice on this forum:
This Ctek unit assesses the battery and takes it through a multi-step process to bring it to full charge. It has the capability to charge an AGM battery as well as a 'standard' battery. It also comes with alligator clips or the eyelets, depending on how you want to install it. I chose to use the eyelets and leave the connection section of the wire in place in the trunk of my F. There are many comments on if and how you should close the trunk/hatch lid on the length of wire. My tech said to just press the lid down and then lock the car and it will think that everything's good and not stay 'awake'. That is what I do every winter, or in extended periods of time when the car isn't driven.
There are also MANY other threads on suggested chargers/maintainers. This one isn't cheap, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. There are also threads you can read along with photos of how others have chosen to connect.

The Check-engine-light can be related to a number of things. Perhaps you can get a new readout of current codes (or have you already done that, cleared the codes, and checked again?) - that will tell you where the problem lies, now that low battery voltage (which would confuse the issue) has been eliminated. The CEL often relates to a faulty fuel injector or a faulty oxygen sensor. If it is the latter, please note that this is covered by a 15 year warranty in Canada and the US.
So using the code reader again will likely help solve the issue.
