Fire extinguisher mounting?

Fire extinguisher mounting?
Having a little dilemma here; I have a foam extinguisher to mount under the front of the passenger side seat. Been looking at fabbing up a bracket myself to hold it in position, however I have found a company that sells just the bracket at a reasonable price:
Fire Extinguisher Mounting Bracket - C2S35864 - Genuine Jaguar at www.rimmerbros.co.uk
Problem is, I have taken the seat all the ways back and tilted it up, but I can't find the holes mentioned in the instructions to mount to, so have not bothered to buy the bracket just yet.
I can see the black box (ECU?) under the passenger seat, but no holes to be found, unless I remove two hefty looking Torx bolts up under the frame?
I may have the wrong instructions.
Any suggestions would be helpful...thanks.

Consider mounting the extinguisher to the drivers seat instead, I've done this on my XJR, it's easier to reach but still out of the way. Because if you need it, you want to be able to reach it easily.

I got the Jaguar kit and installed it on the driver's side.
Sorry, can't provide any pictures. Maybe in a couple of months
The extinguisher that came with the kit had no latch (probably a manufacturing defect on the cradle), but I swapped it for another I had that did. It's a little smaller, so I don't bump it as much with my heel getting in.

Thanks for all the replies.
The aim here is to have it onboard as a preventative measure; not necessarily for me, but if I was in a queue of traffic and the car in front caught fire, which could possibly spread to mine, at least I could have a go at saving their car and stop it spreading to mine.
I purchased a 2 L Foam type as powder messes up a lot of stuff, and the external diameter is around 4'', so it will be tight. It comes with its' own holder and strap.
I have felt up and inside the seat squab cover and located the two mounting holes pictured in the .pdf that you have put in the thread - thanks again for that.
The part that I require is the bracket between the seat and the extinguisher (I can drill more holes n the bracket if need be to align with my bigger extinguisher's holder.
I'm not sure if the .pdf though, is for the F-Type as these instructions show another two supporting brackets that run vertically and pickup on another two holes directly under the seat squab.
The picture of the bracket that comes from a .pdf I found on the net shows just two holes are used??? See attached .pdf.
I think that I require Item H only?
If anyone can clarify I would be grateful.

Items A and H in that instruction do the same job as far as I can tell. It's most likely that the sub-supplier was changed and therefore the design changed as well.
Years ago when I/we were putting the extinguishers in the XJR's (did two cars at the same time) the OEM bracket type A was out of stock from Jag and couldn't be ordered. So my friend James with the other XJR made the brackets from sheet metal instead. Copying the design of the OEM brackets.
The fabricated brackets in our cars look more or less the same as the item H in the PDF.
I don't think A & H are meant to be used together, they are doing the exact same job, ours are only mounted by the two bolts, nothing more. My take on it is that the A was the original design, which was sold out, and then the new design is the H, which does the same job.

The kit I got included both A and H, but only one was needed.

Yes. I'm not sure why both were included, since either would have fit for the F-Type. My guess is that some models covered by the kit require one or the other. My recollection is that there were two possible positions with the one I used. Someday I'll get my car back and will be able to provide better information then.

Thanks for the replies - It looks like Item H is the piece I'm after, I just need to find out the Part number and also if it can be ordered/purchased separately?
From what I can make out, H allows you to mount the extinguisher bracket to the seat bracket with a slight offset either left or right depending on the length of the nozzle/handle assy.
The other bracket, I think must be for vertical mounting, or mounting in another model car that has plenty of room below the front of the seat to allow for the length of the extinguisher.

I think I used Bracket A for mine, but it's a smaller extinguisher than the one that came with the kit. Bracket H would work too, and may be required for an extinguisher than large. The one that came with the kit is 3.5" in diameter and when I test fit it I kept hitting it getting in and out of the car.

The kit we're talking about here is a Genuine Jaguar Accessory, with a Genuine Jaguar Price: $200.
The kit comes with two brackets because it fits several models. I still am without the car but I was doing some cleaning and found the rest of the kit. The bracket labeled "H" is the one I used, and the bag it was in has a number, "ASG 11366". If that means anything as an individual part, I hope someone finds it useful.
