First bump after sitting = thump ??

Hey,
Does anyone else notice that the very first bump you drive over after your F-Type has sat for a while causes a dull "thump" from the rear of the car?
The parking lot at my office has speed bumps in it. After sitting in my parking lot at work all day, when I drive over the first speed bump in the lot, there's a dull "thud" / groan from the rear. What's strange is that it is only ever the first speed bump. Car is fine and no strange sounds on any of the other bumps. Ditto when backing out of my garage in the morning. There's a thud backing out of the driveway onto the street, but nothing on any later bumps.
Anybody got any ideas? It's like the suspension "sticks" after sitting for several hours? I have never experienced anything like this in any other car. Also, in case anyone would ask, I have had the suspension sleeve TSB work completed and got a brand new strut on the right rear which have corrected the standard F-Type "thump" problem. Now I just have this weird "first bump after sitting" thing.
Ideas?

Havent noticed the tire thump thankfully with the Pirellis. I have noticed that the Pirellis show small surface cracks around the tread sides. My Jag tech assures me this is normal for those tires. I have to say I'm not too impressed with the P Zero's including road noise. When it's time to change I think I'm going to look at Michelins.
Wondering if the first bump thump might have something to do with the active dampers?
