I wish it was that easy! I tightened both of those and still have the issue..

I am thinking it might be the upper strut mount or the insulator sleeve.. Did any of you guys have that insulator sleeve issue?

it means that the springs are still under slight compression under full extension of the suspension.

If you jack your car up off the ground so that the tires are not touching, can you grab the springs by hand and rattle them?
