It looked good and very integrated with the car. The shape and curves follows the other lines of the car, and looks a lot better that the standard wing when it is deployed.
Should be an easy fit, but you need to replace the existing wing with this one as the "old" wing is an integrated part of the new wing (new fixed wing is not an "ad on" on top of the old one).
Probabely a little lighter as well, since you can remove all mechanics and motor for the "old" wing.
Yet another highly subjective thing but I'm one of those who likes the integrated wing just as it is on my 2015 Coupe. These are great pics - thanks - and I'm sure this will appeal to many here, but IMO having this fixed wing detracts from the simple, stunning, and elegant lines inherent in the F-Type design. This, for my tastes, is a case where less is definitely more.
Now if you'll excuse me, gonna wash a bunch of cars on this splendid day.
But I do agree with you - when the original wing is not deployed, it looks fantastic, and I would not want to change anything. I am however not too fond of the look of the original wing when it is deployed, and I think the fixed wing looks better then.
So it is kind of a trade off were you can't get the best of two worlds
I am not tempted to make this modification, and would ordered the original spoiler had I not allready have an F-type. But I can also understand those who chose the fixed wing. It is probabely one of the best looking fixed wings I have seen.
But the F-type looks best without any wings (deployed or fixed)
thanks for the photos. first clear photos I've seen because the small one in the brochure. I think I speak for the majority that it looks much cleaner with the refractable spoiler. If they make a GT3 style wing...maybe, but this, no.

+1. Perfect as is with the spoiler down, and I don't have to look at my car when the spoiler is up.
And, yes, perfect day to shine the ride.
Nope sorry don't like it, spoils the perfect rear end of the coupe which has pretty much the nicest butt ever designed.
I'm actually quite partial to my wife's...eh...never mind. I must say as much as I love the F-Type's rear (although, in fact, there's no bad angle anywhere on the car; it's all gorgeous) I was immediately drawn to - and continue to be - my old NSX's. That IMHO was the best butt in the business.
I think it is a nice looking wing but I need to see some pictures of the whole car with the wing on it. That will give the full picture and if it fits in.
Add me to the list of those that aren't a fan of the deployed dinky wing on the coupe. The wider one looks fine on the convertibles.

Yes I can admit to be very partial to my wife's butt, but that's natural and not designed.

Can't agree on NSX, sorry.
Unless you're married to one of the Real Housewives of Wherever one assumes it's ALL natural!
That's what makes the world go round AnD3rew! There was just always something about that rear - taken in total - which I simply LOVED. But (butt) I can see where the NSX's (whether the rear and/or in its entirety) rear end is either something you love or something you hate. It is, regardless, quite distinctive.
Best regards,
Jay

You were saying? (This is so not like me but in quick search for NSX rear end, came up with this among others. What can I say?). By the way, that's not exactly the OEM rear wing. Not that you care.
My view on NSX styling is that it makes the 911 look desirable. However, like Porsche, the NSX had impressive numbers for it's day.
But tell me how you really feel.
Like everything else, to each his/her own and there's something for everyone out there. What's right for me might not be right for you, and vice versa, as it should be. Like you've said before - [re] not expressing how you feel (your opinion) on this or any forum - that would be terribly boring.
Best regards,
Jay

I like it better than the deployed coupe spoiler, but not as much as the stowed spoiler (i.e. no spoiler at all.) It looks nice, but it still messes up the great lines of the coupe.
Call me crazy but I like it. Only view that feels a bit off is the profile. I like how it stops right at the hip crease to keep that line.
You're crazy.
Truth is, and if I saw that car - in that color and those wheels - in the showroom I think I'd bite (versus the car biting me). Those pictures are stunning and that wing doesn't detract from the stunning beauty of the F-Type IMO.
