Default Fluids and parking on an Incline

Parked overnight on an incline of about 20 degrees with the front on the high side. After starting the car, there was a high pitched whine which went away a few minutes later after car was level and warm. I hadn’t heard this before in the 6 months I’ve driven the car. Got me to wondering about oil and other fluids while parked on inclines. Any thoughts of whether it’s better to park with the nose down or up when on an incline? (if you have a choice) or does it even matter?

I think you will find that noise was the neighbors cat.

As far as does it matter how it is parked, I would say if it did matter, we have a very quirky car.

I’ve had some cars that were more sensitive to fluids draining or settling when the car is parked on a hill overnight. I was just wondering if the F type had any history of this or not. I know that the electronic dipstick (which I hate) is very sensitive to car level.
