Default Found these in my glove compartment...

Any ideas what these are. Part number search is not helpful.

They look like the trim that gets pulled off when the rear wind deflector gets installed.

I see.....so the roll hoops are the same on coupes and cabrios and these trim pieces come off to install the windscreen on the cabrio. Makes sense....thanks.

I'm not sure about whether the roll bars are the same on the coupes and convertibles - I have only owned convertibles. I suspect you're right though. However, since the wind deflector is an option (at least in the US), those pieces serve a purpose even on the convertible if one does not purchase the wind deflector.

Hmm....I didn't realize the windscreen was an option.

Not that it matters to this discussion, but coupes do not have the hoops. The structure for the roof takes their place.
