I’ve heard these injectors can be modified to increase flow. Talk to a company that services them.

What exactly is the issue with the vehicle?

What DTCs are stored if the engine is having misfire(s)?

Has the fuel filter been replaced?

What is the fuel pressure on the high pressure circuit?

If you don't have a need for additional flow, there's not any reason to change them. If clogging is a problem, going to larger injectors with (presumed) larger internal passageways, it's still a no-go because it would mean reducing the injector on-time, or lowering fuel pressure. The former isn't possible with an OEM ECU, and the latter probably isn't possible if the OEM pressure regulator isn't adjustable.
