I have a 2017 R and I'm wondering why the Leaper logo is not available to display in both the Gage Cluster and Center Console screen(at startup) with the 2017 S, there is the sharp looking Leaper instead of the "R" symbol

Is there a trick/hidden option to fix this?

When you say "not available" do you mean you've looked at the screensaver options?

 

On our '14, the center screen-saver can be a black, a leaper, or a picture of the F (ours is silver thankfully, can anyone else change the color)?

 

I think the colour is tailored to the car - mine's white.

 

Is that "screen saver" an option or standard equipment for F-Type ?

 

The option is in SETTINGS on our '14, with the hard buttons.
Lower LH button (POWER icon) selects the screen saver with the car running.

 

Later models with the small screen don't have that power button ....

BTW, the image isn't exactly tailored to the car, mine shows with CCBs, but it is the right colour with the right model year bits showing..

 

No hard power button, but when the screen saver comes up on the screen, the power button appears as a touch icon in the lower left corner of the screen saver in case you want to black out the screen.

 

Hmm I only have the options for the R or the Car picture. No leaper

 

My new 2021 has several options for a screen saver but I have yet seen it activate while driving. Most of the time I have the Home screen, Media or Navigation screens up.
How do you get the screen to go into the screen saver mode ?

 

Interesting.... I get the Leaper, a clock face and blank screen. No car picture for me unless I'm doing it wrong, which is entirely possible. Should be be the same as yours I would think: 2014 V8s (2013 production date)
