Getting ready to buy an F-Type - advice needed
#21
We've owned a 2014 Fs conv for a few years. Still under 30k. Really no problems at all! For me, past owner of a number of British sports cars (and a few Italian ones), it is the perfect sports car: flashy, fun, and loud when you want it to be. Still, if you were to offer an E-type swap I might consider it. She was my first love.

Thanks to everyone that provided suggestions on what to look for in an F-Type.
Yesterday, I took ownership of a 2018 Jaguar F-Type R Coupe with just under 14k miles.
So far I absolutely love it and have already disconnected the Stop/Start wiring in the boot (I’m an E-Type owner too, so I’m up on the Brit’s terminology) and I’ve order a full set of Gorilla all steel lug nuts. The car came with a practically new set of Jag carpet mats and poor fitting Jag rubber mats, so I have to decide what to do there.

Oh, that’s a beauty! She’ll really compliment the E-Type. I was in love with the XK-E as soon as it came out. My uncle bought me a Revell 1/8th scale model kit called The Big Jag for Christmas & I wish I had another kit to build. Just have to settle for driving my F-Type!
