Getting Towed

I can assure you getting towed is tricky.
The prince that Jaguar sent to tow my P300 did not know how to tow an F Type.
It has to go on a truck, The car in the video was likely damaged. Broke all the rules.
Due to the limited approach angle both front and rear it will not drive on a lift. You have to have 2 2"x 8"x 3' boards to ;lift the front enough to be pulled onto the ramp.
Installing the tow hooks is not easy. My guy did not know how to open the doors to the threaded tow points. He also did not understand that they were backwards threaded.

I got a flat a couple weeks ago and AAA sent a flatbed. The driver was impressed with the car and took extra care to not scratch the rims when securing the wheels; nice guy. Driving it up onto the flatbed was a bit nerve wracking though.. lol.
I couldn't imagine towing an F Type with 2 wheels off the ground..
