Going to drive an F-Type what should I pay attention to?
#21
Just got back from my test drive and I think I am a bit smitten.
I am still processing the experience, but I loved the engine response (the 340 hp is more than enough for my tastes), the shifter and clutch were much better feeling than the Boxster I drove, although still inferior to my Miata (but still more than good enough). It was plenty fun to drive while adding an obvious level of refinement that is far above my Miata.
I actually think the 380 hp version would be a waste, but it is the only way to get the limited slip differential, so I am going to have to weigh how badly I want that vs the price delta.
Certainly a very nice ride!
