Getting ready to do a DIY oil change in the next month or so, Any good website or company recommendations for purchasing Jag approved oil and filters for our F-Types?

I bought my oil from here as well but stuck with the OEM filter. Again technically the last oil change you will pay for since you can send back your old oil and they will send you a new one with filter once received. Crazy policy but legit.

 

Just a quick correction based on what I read on their lifetime guarantee. You have to buy the replacement items first and will then get reimbursed once they receive it back (you cover shipping back to them obviously).

Correct. The return shipping will be roughly 25-30% of the new items they will be shipping back to you. So in essence they "discount" the replacement oil change roughly 70%. And the way it is designed they always "owe you" another kit. I always knew they had it on parts but never bothered to question fluids. I would have saved a chunk of money on my BMW that I have been buying from here for a couple years.

 

anyone ever tried the policy and got reimbursed? seems too good to be true.

 

I am on the BMW forums and the people over there are doing this on a regular basis and have been for years. I started buying from FCP a couple years ago and just never thought to "think" they cover oil changes as well. I posted it over there and people have known about it and been using it for some time.
