yes its simple to me anyways. 2 wires (+) and (-) to a power source key on or not. the rest is controlled by Bluetooth and an APP to pick colors/brightness/pattern.
the emblem itself is 100% waterproof (in fact before i ship all badges they go in a bucket of water over night and if they still work in the morning they are shipped).
the BT controller box is not waterproof but is hidden up under your hood in a dry location.

unfortunately don't have any. but im very particular i have the lead running with the factory harness all the way back to the area just in front of the driver under the covers under the hood, has a few options for power in there also. you can't tell its not factory wiring. but you could technically put it anyplace that isn't directly exposed to rain/water.

(scroll down to near the bottom of the page).
But you probably already knew that I'm simply linking to that page to save others the trouble of searching for that particular badge.
It looks like it is an I-Pace build order option only and not a spare part that JLR would stock or sell, and even if it was the right size to fit an F-Type you would probably have a lot of trouble getting it to work the same was as it does on the I-Pace.

Thanks for the posts! Unfortunately got me thinking (which is dangerous and painful ). I have a Polaris White AWD R, and I previously replaced the front Growler (did not like the red on mine) with a Black one...Sooo, I took the red one and painted it white and used CanBus LEDs and soldered it up and drilled the eyes. Came up with this. Not as fancy as some of the ones on here and only the eyes light up white, but I am going to install with the DRL's switch, and if it looks bad, just peel off...add more 3M moulding adhesive and put the black one back on.
