GT Wing now on my car
Hey guys,
I thought I'd share some pics of my latest mod, GT Wing. The wing is contoured to the rear trunk lines of the car, making the wing look like an OEM part to the car. It is made from super high quality/craftsmanship materials. The wing is made in Austria. I'm so please with the transformation of the car.

I know the application is primarily for looks, but despite the apparent larger surface area, I suspect this new spoiler is not quite as effective as the OEM. Given the large gap between the spoiler and the rear deck, laminar flow is still getting all the way to the rear of the car, creating lift. The new spoiler is certainly large enough to be an effective wing, but does not have the required airfoil shape to create any downforce.
This profile would need to be upside down for an automotive wing.

Is that the Piecha wing?
Can you provide a wide out, full shot of the car?

Yes, the OEM spoiler is now permanently disabled. There is a metal rod you must cut. This rod attaches from the electric motor to the spoiler itself. The car's electrical system still thinks the motor & spoiler are both working g so there are no fault codes that pop up on your screen. I'll take more pics when over the weekend and post pics.
Thanks guys.

The guys at the bodyshop used the Piecha instruction booklet when doing the install.
