If you don't lower the car, they will fit, but might look goofy since the tires will extend past the top of the wheel opening. 15mm brings the tire almost to the inside edge of the top of the wheel opening, making it perfect for lowered cars.

Thanks Unhinged but i think you got the wrong end of the stick, the 30mm size is per axle so 15mm each side.

Not really. They can easily machine out the hole another .1mm, but you are left with a sloppy fit where the center bore of the wheel fits over the shoulder machined onto the spacer. It might work, but you might not end up perfectly centering the wheel, which could be a real problem at 186 mph (vibration).

The link also specifies that the wheel studs will need to be shortened just like the 15mm spacers in the group buy here. Unhingd has a set on his car. They had the correct bore for the F-Type.
They can be ordered for approximately $225 a set vs. $342 (based upon the exchange rate in your link).

Foosh, it''s not 1 mm smaller, it's 0.1 mm smaller. I wonder if someone didn't measure of my ONE TENTH of a MILLIMETER and they should be the same!

I've often wondered why some models show a 63.3mm spec and the F-Type 63.4. I also have a hard time imagining that this difference is not just measurement round-off error.

That might involve even more work than grinding off 3mm from each of the studs. Keep in mind, there is perhaps 8mm of smooth surface at the end of the studs, so you aren't actually grinding into any useful thread. If you have a real grinder, it should go quickly. In my case, I only had a hand drill and grinding bit which made the job arduous.
