Headlight angle

I noticed the lights on my F-type seemed to be angled quite low, making it hard to see at night. I searched here and found a recommendation to move the angle higher by rotating the little hex bolts just inside the hood. I found those and my right light was easy to angle up to a better spot. However the left light stops at a much lower angle and won’t turn any farther.. Has anyone had this issue?

Maybe you can manually twiddle the globe assembly in it's housing a little?
When I replaced the globes a couple of years ago I noticed that the globe assembly sits very loosely in it's housing and I was a bit worried that once I finished putting the new globes in the headlight aim would be all over the shop, but it wasn't a problem.
Just pull the round rubber cover off the back of the offending headlight, then reach in and gently grab the back of the globe by the rectangular metal "box" on the back of it (the igniter) and see if you can gently push it down a little (ie angle the front - the globe end - up a little).
Just an idea, may or not work, but worth a try!

I was talking about how loose the bulb sat before doing up the locking tab and being worried about locking the bulb in a totally wrong aim.

Wonder if it’s possible to recalibrate the auto-leveling system to make them point a bit higher, though I’m happy with the standard alignment on mine.
