Head's Up On A Good Touch Screen Protector For 2020-21

I wanted to put a screen protector on the touch screen on my 2021 F Type. I certainly didn't want the screen to look like my phone with all the fingerprints that accumulate. My concern was that I didn't want one that needed a soapy water solution sprayed on the back that needed to be squeegee'd off to get it to adhere. The idea of water getting down into the inside of the screen housing didn't seem like a good idea.
I found this one on Amazon:
It comes as a set of two so that you have a spare in case you screw up while installing it or it needs to be replaced after some time. It adheres with adhesive that is under a peel-off protective film, so no water is required. The set comes with a little cleaning cloth and flexible plastic tool that can be used to smooth out any bubbles. Installation was extremely simple, I first cleaned the touch screen with some distilled water and an MF towel, and then blew off any dust or lint. You do not want to use any ammonia based glass cleaner on the touch screen or instruments, ever. Then it was a matter to dry fit it first to see how much space around the edges it requires. The fit is pretty accurate, it has about 2mm space around the screen bezel when centered. Peel off the adhesive backing film, press into place, smooth out any bubbles, and then peel off the protective film that is on the outer surface. I didn't notice any loss of sensitivity to the touch function.
We'll see how well it holds up, but for $11.99 for two screens it seems like a good risk.
