There was a thread title recently. I’m back. Well , after fighting, yelling, threats, lawyers, 372 days and $600, I’m back. I’ve gone through hell to keep this car alive. Maybe it wasn’t worth it, I don’t know. I’m sure a newer model would probably be easier. But I like my car.
The second motor didn’t feel right. It was good, but I knew right away it wasn’t as strong as the original. While I haven’t opened this one up, waiting for first oil change, this motor feels right. Feels strong. Smoking really bad, though. The shop told me ‘the bad motor dumped a lot of oil in the exhaust with the broken exhaust cam. Keep an eye on oil level and let it burn off and it will be fine’. Fingers crossed but confident.

 

F-Type gathering? I know it's past May, but is this an annual thing?

 

I don't want to speak preemptively for the hosts, but this was the 4th annual event, so I'd look for it again.
We had a great time and 40 F-Types together.
