Sometimes it locks and unlocks, sometimes it doesn’t.

sometimes I can’t lock or unlock the door with the handle outside.

the car always starts however.

ive replaced the battery and it didn’t help, any suggestions?



Update: I revived the car back from the dealership, there was a KTM update. It now works fine

 

Sometimes the battery connections in the fob can be a little loose, especially the "tang" that sits on top of the battery, although sometimes its the two tangs on the side that are a little loose.
Take the battery out and use some needle nosed pliers or tweezers to squeeze the two side tangs a bit closer together and the top tang a bit lower/tighter, then see how you go.
Unlikely to work though but as it's free it's worth a try.
More likely the car has a dodgy door lock module.

 

Resolved, I’m back from the dealership. There was an update available for the KTM (?), it now appears to work fine.
