Default Help-need F-type AFTERMARKET car cover

Hey folks,

have any of you purchased a good/descent fitting NON JAGUAR quality car cover? Just starting my search for this much needed item.

In a very protected parking garage with pillars on both sides, but car is getting too much attention, and not everyone may be of sane mind...

thanks for any buying tips!

I have a cheap (not very good) cover for storing my car, but there are several long threads with discussions on various covers. Search for threads with 'cover' in the title.

Cover King is by no means the only source, but its is one very good source.

Since you will be using the cover in a parking garage, an indoor cover is your best bet. Cover King's Satin Stretch model is a perfect fit for the F-Type. Light weight, easy to handle, fleece lining, will protect against minor dings from adjacent car doors. Find the color and style you like, then google for online discounters who will often sell for up to 30% off.

If its not exposed to the elements, I'll recommend the one I use in my locked garage. Covercraft flannel cover - fits well, soft and thick, pretty good protection. Can be cable locked to the gromets at the bottom, although I wouldn't count on that providing much security.

Google search and find a coupon code, they can be had for under three hundred delivered to your door.

I purchased this cover from Germany, around 50 Euro, not bad.

I bought an indoor cover from this company:
Car Covers, Tailored Indoor & Outdoor Protection | Specialised Covers

Very pleased with both fit and quality. It will also protect against "bumps and dings".

I purchased the Covercraft for my ftype and used one on my S2k as well. They aren't cheap but they provide the best protection. This is the one I purchased for MY2016 convertible

Two day shipping and turned out to be a very good cover for me. Great fit for the convertible (and i'm sure the coupe too):

You specified an AFTERMARKET car cover. Is there a Jaguar OEM car cover? Why did you specify aftermarket. I had a OEM cover for the XK8 and probably used it three times in 16 years.

Also: it might make your engine explode and/or cause panel misalignment.

Allegedly.

Using an aftermarket cover will certainly void your warranty.

Yes Jaguar does sell an F-Type cover, but I think he is trying to disguise the fact it is a Jaguar

Thank you. The Jaguar USA website is terrible when it comes to accessories. The AFTERMARKET cover pictured in this thread does nothing to hide the fact that the car is an F. That bonnet is recognizable from 50 Ft away
