Help on pricing

Ignore invoice. The dealer actually pays less than invoice I believe. Tell the dealer that you want an OTD price close to 74K and ask for the detailed breakdown of the numbers. Post them here and then we can advise you more accurately.

I would say if you could be in at $71k invoice - $3k cash incentive = $68k + 6% tax = $72k OTD you would be in good shape. Don't let them hit you with all the dealer fees.

I was buying a V6S but my local dealer gave me a deal on a R coupe that was impossible to pass up. Over 20% off msrp.
Picking her up tomorrow if it doesn't snow.
Super excited!

Please elaborate.

They really wanted to retain my business, it probably helps that we bought another car from them 2 months ago.
From what I'm told they're getting some additional help from the manufacturer to make the numbers work. I would imagine they are probably still taking a loss on the car.

It is a 2015 R Coupe. Lunar Grey.

I'd really like to know the details, as I have a 2016 on order, but would strongly consider a 2015 at that type of discount.
For comparison - you can't come close to buying a "used" 2015 R with 10,000 miles on it, for anywhere near what you say you're getting your "new" 2015 for.
Any specifics would be appreciated - if you don't want to broadcast the info, a pm would be appreciated.

Once I get back from picking up the car tomorrow (hopefully the snow stays away), I'll be happy to post up the deal sheet with all the details.
I'm passing along the info as what is being told to me. I wasn't even considering the R originally b/c i thought it was completely out of my price range.
I do know one option that dealer's have to get additional incentives is if they make the car a VIP Demo. It starts the warranty, but then you get an extended warranty tossed in. That's how the V6S I had a deposit on was priced so well.

i just got her home
i'll pm people details but the numbers are accurate. and yes they did get funds from the manufacturer.
If anybody wants details i will PM you. this was literally a once in a lifetime deal for me, it would probably be hard to impossible to replicate in your local markets.
