morning, does anybody know if you can get carbon fiber hood vents for 2021 f-type r. Want replace stock ones any info would be appreciated thanks guys and gals

I am excited that you have your 2021! Awesome! I did some searching and have not found a "carbon fiber" hood vent swap. Probably still too "new" for this mod. I just received notification that my 2021 F-Type (coupe in Santorini Black) will arrive August 27, but will be MY2022. I'm a little jealous that you will have the entire summer to realize the dream of your "avatar". Good luck on your carbon fiber hood vent swap.

 

I've seen carbon fiber vents listed for AWD but not split by year. Did they change the vents when they went to the new style headlights? The older ones are T2R16703 and T2R16704.

 

Yep...Totally different hood. You can barely see vents from the front now.

I'd try getting them wrapped for the time being, I guess it will be a while before the aftermarket vents will be fabricated.

 

Ah, right. I haven't seen one in person yet, and didn't actually look that closely at pictures other than to assess the new headlights.

Considering that it looks like some of the older style carbon is being discounted now I don't think they had enough takers before, so might not tool up for this design.
