Default How do I remove this f'ing battery?!

WTF...I have to be missing something here, it's ONLY A BATTERY.

So I need to swap in a new battery, I took off the metal tie down and still won't come out. Looks like there's a metal lip in the car that slides over the bottom of the battery...

How many damn panels do I need to take out of the trunk to do this?? Any help would be appreciated.

Why have all instructions turned into Lego-like diagrams? Saving a few bucks on translating different languages I expect.

That and it seems the average human has ceased to understand written instructions without pretty pictures to show them what the words mean........we are regressing
