How many % off msrp for a BASE model?

2016 Manual base vert, cash paid. Ordered direct w/ $30K of options. I got approx 4-ish+% on West Coast of US. Neighbor is the dealer owner. Sales guy said that was pretty amazing, especially as direct factory orders have zero to zilch profit margin in there (sort of)....

I purchased a Base V6 '16 pre-ordered it, so that it would be one of the first '16s out of the factory.
I did choose some options:
Storm Grey, Red Roof
Cold weather Pack
Parking pack
folding mirrors
cruise control/Speed limiter
Loud button
dark pattern interior thing
Sports seats in cream.
Got a 20% discount on the listed price, cost me £49k all up with dealer fees etc

How? Its a bit of a cheap shot, but its UK Forces military discount. Now I know most people would shy away from joining the Army for a 20% discount on a car But if you have a friend they can purchase it for you, or you could always join the Reservists (the old TA), get your ID card, buy the car then quit, as they have no obligation to stay in you would have to do a couple of training weekends, but you get paid for them, so you could consider it extra discount

Ordered in March?? '15, Built May '15, delivered Aug '15. Unhingd is correct! Also, I'm not much of a haggler. I am sure I could have made myself annoying and cheap to both the sales guy and dealer, but I'm a happily over-trusting person because life is just simpler that way. If I really thought I could have done *way* better, or even a hair, I might have pushed it. But I was way too excited to care.

Yes, loading up a base car w/ options can get you a much deeper discount because of the huge profit margin on options.
People are discussing apples and oranges here. It's very, very hard to find a "stripped" base car for a double-digit percentage discount, unless it's 1-2 year old left-over, which has been sitting on a dealer's lot for a long time.

Just leased a 2017 base for 355 /month including tax with 3500 down for 46 months 12k
9k off msrp of 65k
9k off msrp of 65k
Looking to get into a BASE model F-Type (Polaris White coupe only) in the next few weeks, but can hold off several months if Jaguars tend to have a "best time to buy" .. I am in Southern California, willing to travel up to 500 miles for the right deal (CA, AZ, NV, UT) but local definitely preferred. I'm actually not far from Rusnak Pasadena and Hornburg of Los Angeles.
I've read many people getting ~15-20% off MSRP, but it seems like those are for loaded, higher priced models ($75k+) .. which is great, because essentially that drops the price down to a base model
My question is approximately how many % off MSRP I can get off a base model
2017 model: base automatic $62,700+995 destination = $63,695
2016 model: same scenario, msrp $64-65k-ish
Thanks for your help and advice.

I got a NEW 2016 F-Type R with MSRP sticker of ~$109,500 about 10 days ago.
They offered $20,000 off. And I got the $3,000 cash back as well.
So that brought it down to $86,500
And they threw in a 6 yr / 100,000 mile warranty (instead of the standard 5 yr/60,000 mile warranty)
I was happy with that. And I am loving this car.

I'm looking to buy a car here in S.W. Fla. Has anyone dealt with the dealers in Naples, Ft. Myers or Sarasota? I have heard varying stories about different discounts, and service from these dealers. Due to my location, I can go to any of them, depending on which I can get the best price/service from.
