How Many Miles...

Thanks. Glad it went so well.
We are off tomorrow to Quebec City then coming backaround the Gaspe peninula and home through Maine, about 2k miles.
While your mileage was pretty good (my best average to date is 23.2 mpg), I continue to be amazed at reports on the UK F-Type Forum.
Today somebody reported 38.4 mpg with "normal" driving on a P400. Allowing for the smaller US gallon that still equates to 30.7 mpg.
Have not yet seen gas over $4 here but there is a 50 cent spread with high end about $3.60. Doubtless much more in Canada.
I am hoping the roads through Maine and on the Gaspe will prove interesting driving.

I know what you mean about the spreads...I routinely see 50 to 70 cents here between regular (87) and premium (93). Out west, 91 was the premium, although one station offered me 90 OR 91. Four grades to choose from.
I ALSO don't know if they get that oxygenated crap that sucks on mileage...don't pay enough attention. Granted, I did NOT get an F-Type to win fuel mileage contests. I was just impressed on that PHX to LAS run considering some of the mountains I went through (and not having anyone pulling or pushing me most of the way).
Good luck with the drive...I believe you will find it comfortable for that distance. As I took mom to the airport this morning, she reminded me that you don't drive a Jaguar...you wear it. She had forgotten just how comfy the seats could be in these...

Purchased in March of 2020 with 10,700 miles. I now have ~17,000. (6300 miles over 17 months). I know that's not a lot yet but every single mile has been a satisfying BLAST with no issues. Extremely happy with my purchase. Love this car.
No, the pandemic didn't slow me down, but the Jag is my fun car, not my DD. Because I live off a short 1/3 mile stretch of dirt/mud road, the weather and (that stretch of) road conditions need to be really good. There is no way I'm taking my immaculate car through that dust, rock, and mud hell unless it can be avoided. Yeah, it's frustrating, but when the stars align and opportunities arise, it makes them even more pleasurable. I also have 2 young girls that require taxiing to their events, so sometimes I can't drive it even when conditions are GO - I need the DD with the back seat.
Yes, I am absolutely thinking about moving to get on a paved road so I won't have that limitation anymore...!!
Needless to say, SWMBO is not happy with that idea...

Holy cow… I didn’t realize so many forum members had less than 10k on their F-types.
I purchased a used 2017 with 17kmiles (about 5k miles per year) and have since put on many more miles.
I also track my car and many miles are attributed to *driving to the track* (NH Motor Speedway, or Club Motorsports in Tamworth, NH).
@Sparky H Let’s start a channel on doing track events.
I can download what i have learned on my 2017 V6 6-speed with “street” tires on 20” rims.
We can talk tire pressures, attitude while on course, handling characteristics, traction control settings, and driver strategy.
