Default How to remove lower control arm bolt

Hello, anyone know how to remove the front lower straight arm bushing bolt? I have already removed the nut on the other side but the bolt is not coming out.

The bolt head has an eccentric washer, and another washer is still attached on the other side.

Arm rotates fully so it’s not pinched anymore, is there anything that is still holding the bolt tight?

Manual says a lot of muscle...is the bushing stuck to the bolt?

Bushing is free from the bolt, arm rotates freely.

Turning the bolt still takes some torque but it does not move out, this is the curve arm bolt i removed and they feels like the same design, doesn’t look like anything is still holding it on, i will try to lightly tap off, i might be over thinking it.

I was going to suggest the Clarkson toolbox, but didn't want to be flippant.

It looks like there isn't room to tap the nut side out. Try putting a vise grip on the head of the bolt and tapping the side of it. If it moves out some, you can then get a large screwdriver behind it and pry it out.. Of course heating it up will probably help also.

Yeah there is no room to hammer directly, and i have already loosened it enough to be able to wiggle it by hand, but it just doesn’t come out the bolt head side?

tried Hammer tapping with a extension drive on it, nothing too crazy but it is not moving out.

i know the bolt head is not stuck, the shaft is not stuck, the washer on the other side is not stuck, what else can there be, hmmm n

They are out, notice the damaged portion on the thread, this is why it wasn’t coming out, the washer catches the thread.

For people doing it in the future, you want to turn the bolt until the controls arm is freely rotating, and you can wiggle the bolt by hand, then with one hand pushing on the thread end, and a wrench on the bolt end, turn the bolt back and forth slightly and it will eventually come out with no effort.
