How to remove paired devices?

My car came back from the dealer with an unknown in the paired bluetooth settings.
In addition, I just got a new Iphone. I am unable to work out how to remove these devices.
I can add my new phone but I am not able to remove the obsolete ones.
I did find a procedure the F-Pace requiring several steps but it did not work with my 2021 F-type.
I suspect the details are different by model and MY.
I would appreciate help.
Thanks

Thanks Dangoesfast, but if the manual provided the answer I would not be seeking help.
I did manage to delete all paired devices and install my new Iphone.
However, I still have references to 3 other phones when connecting to CarPlay.
These phones do not appear to be paired.
The system does try to connect (unsuccessfully) if one is selected.
I am being abit ****, since my new phone connects just fine, but I would still like to delete these other previously connected phones.
Just unable to find any way to do this.

If this is not the correct manual for your vehicle, that site will let you pick your vehicle and region.

Here is the unpairing procedure in the F-type online manual:

Thanks again.
I had looked for the info in the on-line manual and did not find it.
I just dug into my printed manual (different to yours) and found the section on disconnecting a device.
I did delete all devices and reinstall my new phone, but the old devices are still showing.
Will have another go tomorrow.
These multi level menus are a real PITA!!

If still stuck, maybe post a photo of the screen where you're seeing the other phones - we might be talking about different parts of the system

The closest I could come to a solution was to go into the Carplay menu > Devices > select device > delete, or Carplay > Devices > long press device until delete option appears. These "solutions" were for other vehicles, but might work since Carplay is its own platform.
I don't have an iPhone so I can't actually test any of this, sorry 😔

Thanks Dangoesfast.
So, I deleted the car and turned Carplay off.
The car started looking for 4 phones, only one of which is my current phone.
Tried long press- all it did was "confirm" that I wanted to log in to that phone (which it was unable to do).
Thanks for help, anyway.

When I bought my car (used), I took it to a dealer nearby the place I bought it from and they reset my stereo to remove all the old settings and stuff. If you can't find a solution, maybe a trip back to the dealer to have them do it might be the last option left.
Sorry I couldn't be more help 😔
