I have been researching 1965 through 1967 Corvettes for several months and came across this 1966. The prior owner is as particular and meticulous as myself. In the picture (upper left hand corner) are over a dozen well deserved trophies that came with the car.
Thanks for letting me share!

... and now the 2016 f type r have gone for comfort not speed
You haven't given up that much speed, surely? The old Jaguar motto (before "it's good to be bad") was "grace, pace and space", and the F-Type delivers at least two!
Very nice. What are your plans for it? I have a 69 currently and a couple years ago finished a body-off restoration of a 72 that earned an NCRS Top Flight its first time at the 2019 Lone Star Regional. One of the cool things about Corvettes is that they are incredibly well-documented and I enjoy the challenge of getting all those details just right. Just wondering if you had any intention of having it judged or otherwise participating in NCRS.
Beautiful car Dave!! Looking at the fender flags I'm assuming it's a 327ci, 300 HP or 350 HP?
Being a long time GM guy you got me thinking I need a vintage Vette, Camaro or Firebird to park next to the Jag.......restraint that's what I need
But this site does have not one but two IROC Z-28 emoji's
Below is the Build Information the former owner used when he showed the car. It came with the OE number matching engine, of which I have in storage. He also provide all of the receipts for every part, nut washer and bolt he ever purchased. Nice couple I bought it from, he is 76 and worked in the California prison system teaching inmates how to make furniture.
[QUOTE=JacksonvilleJag;2408093]Very nice Dave. I've been a fan of those model years since Sam Malone on Cheers. I think I speak for everyone when I ask for more pictures.[/QUOTE
These pictures were taken by the prior owner at their home...
That's a beautiful example. I love the knock off wheels and the red line tires. I remember when those were popular and they still look good on a vintage car.
