Thumbs up I know this is an F-Type forum, but here is some love for the E-Type

The E-Type has always been My dream car. It isn’t remotely what our F-Types are, but it is still iconic, beautiful and was a true performance car in its day. I’d love a good example in my stable if I could find one for a reasonable price and it was in great shape. If you are a fan of the ancestor of our rides, ENJOY!!

Why not post it in the E-Type forum, especially since it's already here.

Basically because I didn’t think of it and because a little history about the inspiration for our F-Types would not be a bad thing.

Can't disagree - you'll see why from my Avatar!

Watch his show on MT every once in a while just to laugh at what a complete goof he is. If there was ever someone who didn't deserve something...

Default You are spot on!

I've had my 69 S2 for over 30 years.. triumphs and challenges, but it's part and parcel of owning a vintage car. I was well trained by the Spitfire, MGA, Midget, TR4a and TR6 that I owned, with a bit of 67 & 81 Corvette thrown in.

Like you, I am thrilled with my F, a MY2017 manual trans 6 cyl coupe, the spirtual successor to the E!
