Nice Ads. Their agency is doing great work.
Unfortunately for Jaguar, as Tesla is proving, to disrupt a market you need more than great design and marketing today. Customer experience has gone on to matter so much more. Elon only has to tweet now about a software update and its all over the web and not a single highly paid celebrity is in sight. In fact the celebs buy Teslas versus being given them.
If Jaguar could spend just 5% of the cost of this campaign on improving its customer experience, then magic would happen.
